Synopis
After an experience of loss a woman is calling upon the sea witch.
The site-specific video installation is dedicated to experiences of loss, pain and transformation. The
dancer uses her body to explore the surrounding space as an extension of her own body. In what
way can a landscape serve as a mirror of our affective and physical constitution?
A collage of images parallels the transformations that happen while overcoming grief.
Textile sculptures accompany the installation. They are shaped like vessels and quote the physical storage of pain and relieve.
